This ten day Project offers dedicated group work for Beginners and for Intermediate levels, Personal Meetings, Alexander Technique (groups and individual).
George informs about OBF:
“Orchestral Body Flow draws on principles from Guitar Craft, the Alexander Technique and Tai Chi Chuan to explore how an orchestral body of people organises itself from moment to moment as music arises. This requires engaging connections: to ourselves and our instrument, to other players, to the orchestral space and to our audience. On this Course, we will practice building these connections and observe what unfolds during rehearsal and performance.”
