This ten day Project offers dedicated group and individual work for Beginners and for Intermediate levels, Personal Meetings, Alexander Technique (groups and individual).

The project is non-residential, we’ll work at BGEHQ, accommodation (good hostel nearby BGE HQ), and meals will be provided.
Shorter stays-visits are acceptable, particularly in support roles – please inform if you can’t attend the full ten days as a performer.

Jacek informs about Ensemble Motion:

“Ensemble Motion brings the principles of the Alexander Technique into being, moving and playing together. We will begin without the guitars, and apply what we discover within the performing context. This playful work, done with the spirit of exploring and experimenting, aims at gradually establishing our presence in an unified field of attention.”
