Mentor – Advisor: Chris Doering

Local Coordination: Horacio Sairafi, Guitar Ensemble Of Santiago.

Ignacio Gracián (Certified AT Instructor) will provide Alexander Technique support.

For this Project a Core Performance Team consisting of Crafties committed to LCG (2015-2016) and LG (2017) Projects is already established.

Participation is open also to those who fulfill the requirements for attendance and see themselves in the Project, if this resonates with you please apply asap.

The project is residential, accommodation and meals will be provided.

Quilpué is a small city 110 km away from Santiago de Chile airport.

The first 5 days of this Project will be held together with the Guitar Orchestra of Latin America Project, we’ll rehearse and perform there, then fine tune – rehearse (amplified) Oct 24th and 25th, followed by public Performances in Santiago and Viña Del Mar, and studio Recording Sessions:

Wednesday Oct 25th – 20:00 hs, Quilpué House, Open Dress Rehearsal for Family & Friends
Thursday Oct 26th -20:00 hs, Teatro de la Casona Nemesio Antunez, La Reina-Santiago
Friday Oct 27th – 20:00 hs, Corporación Cultural, Viña del Mar
Saturday Oct 28th – 16:00 hs, Museo Violeta Parra, Santiago
Sunday Oct 29th – Recording Sessions

Requirements for attendance:

– Ability to play in Time, in Tune, and in Tone
– Fluency in Circulation
– Having attended at least one Guitar Circle Performance Project
– Familiarity with current LG, GEE, GEA and/or BGE Repertoire
